Ghana's Robert Nortey honors beautiful Akan women with the original design of this mask. Meaning 'Lady' in the Twi dialect of the Akan people, the 'Ewuraba' mask is carved by hand of sese wood.

Robert Nortey left his brother's workshop to start on his own. Presently, he works along with expert artists, all designers and carvers. Robert focuses on design and works with local Ghanaian woods. 'I love my art and I hope to produce more interesting designs for my customers,' says Robert, who has participated in countless exhibitions, always achieving positive results.
