This positions the smoke right beneath the food grate for the most intense smoke flavor and essentially turns your gas grill into a smoker.  This smoker box is made of durable, nonstick coated metal smoker box, has a hinged lid, is reusable and will last through many cook-outs.  HOW TO USE: Soak wood chips of your choice before using. Open smoker box and add chips. Then place between the box between the flame deflector bars on the gas grill.  PLEASE NOTE: Wood chips are not included.  CARE: Hand wash recommended.
