We currently only offer delivery within Germany. Deliveries to other countries and regions are not currently supported.

After payment validation, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, including order confirmation, packaging and delivery to the carrier.

7. Declaration of liability
Damaged or lost products
If there is any damage or loss during transportation, please contact us by email within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will help you verify and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Modification or cancellation of a shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please check your delivery information carefully before confirming your order.
Delivery address and responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the address that result in failed or delayed delivery. Any returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
8. Remarks upon receipt
Please check the condition of your package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, damp, or shows signs of opening, take photos and inform the delivery person immediately. Contact us promptly so we can process your claim. Claims made after receipt without prior notification may not be accepted.
