    Shaped by hand of blown glass, an angel lifts her wings and bows her head in prayer in an inspired sculpture. Artisans from the Cooperative of Cantel create this reverent sculpture as an expression of faith.

    Story Behind the Art:
    Cantel Blown Glass Artisans was started by fifteen artisans who had formerly worked together in a job that wore them down physically, intellectually and emotionally. But it also gave them the incentive to create something better. They saw the opportunity to produce handcrafted designs in blown glass by recycling glass. Taught by an expert blown glass artisan, they claim to have learned an infinity of things, some easily, others through errors. But they've always believed they can learn something from every experience, no matter how difficult.

    The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.
