Story Behind the Art:
'My name is Kennedy K. Aseidu. I design and carve my own items. I work with different types of wood, but I prefer sese wood. I also use recycled metals with my designs. I was born in eastern Ghana. I developed a love for carving through watching my uncle who was a talented and skilled master carver. He was happy to teach me, from carving the items to the finishing. He supervised me closely and constantly encouraged me. Sometimes he would give me the opportunity to visit other carvers to learn new skills.'
What is Worldstock?
